Refunds/Exchanges will not be made unless EJC is at fault, such as being past TAT/missing Items on products. Our policy lasts 7 days. If we have not received your return 7 days after the purchase has been completed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
TO START THE REFUND PROCESS:
Please reach out to [email protected] explaining the REASON for the refund/exchange with your receipt attached. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as well as our address to ship back. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in return package. Please use proper return packaging. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping to return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Each piece of EJC is handmade. With that being said, each piece will be one of a kind & no two products will be the exact same.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of arrival of return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 72 hours after arrival to notify us of defective or damaged goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will give you additional information to process the exchange.
